🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Potatoes from the Tray

Ingredients
- 500 g young firm-cooking potatoes
- Olive oil (for the baking sheet)
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the potatoes in half.
- 4. Place the potato halves cut-side up on a baking tray that you have greased with oil beforehand.
- 5. Rinse the fresh rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 6. Shake the rosemary sprigs dry.
- 7. Pluck the small needles off the rosemary sprigs.
- 8. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
