Ingredients
- 750 g bread flour mix (1 package)
- 4 garlic cloves (sliced paper-thin)
- 2 tbsp rosemary (chopped)
- olive oil
- sea salt
- flour (for working)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the ciabatta mix according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them into flat rounds.
- 3. Brush the base of each flatbread with a little oil.
- 4. Distribute fresh rosemary and garlic evenly over the surface.
- 5. Season the flatbreads with a pinch of salt.
- 6. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 8. Bake the flatbreads until crispy for about 15 to 20 minutes.
