🍽️ Rosmarin-Thyme Oil and Vanilla Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 stalk thyme (with flowers)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cold-pressed olive oil
- 2 vanilla pods
- 125 ml mild olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Place the unwashed herbs in a bottle. Peel the garlic and add it. Fill everything with oil, seal the bottle tightly, and let the oil infuse for at least 14 days.
- 2. Cut open the vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds. Put the seeds and pods in a bottle and fill with oil. Let the oil infuse for at least 7 days, shaking occasionally.
