🍽️ Rosmarin Sardines

Ingredients
- 1000 g fresh sardines (ready for the kitchen; 8 sardines)
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 0.5 chili pepper
- salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the sardines inside and out under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the rosemary sprigs under running water.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry.
- 5. Cut the rosemary sprigs into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
- 6. Stuff the hollowed-out sardines with the rosemary pieces.
- 7. Secure the openings of the fish with toothpicks.
- 8. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 10. Rinse the chili half under running water.
- 11. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 12. Place the chopped chili into a small bowl.
- 13. Add a little salt.
- 14. Add the olive oil.
- 15. Mix the mixture well.
- 16. Brush the sardines with the chili oil mixture.
- 17. Take two long skewers.
- 18. Insert the skewers parallel through the four sardines.
- 19. Ensure the fish can be turned easily.
- 20. Place the sardines on the hot grill.
- 21. Grill the fish for about four to five minutes on each side.
- 22. Serve the rosemary sardines.
