🍽️ Crispy Chicken Skewers with Fresh Rosemary

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (4 chicken breast fillets)
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chicken meat into cubes of about 2 centimeters.
- 4. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake them dry.
- 5. Thread the chicken cubes and the rosemary sprigs alternately onto the wooden skewers.
- 6. Wash the basilica and shake it dry.
- 7. Pluck the basilica leaves from the stems.
- 8. Chop the basilica leaves roughly.
- 9. Stir the chopped basilica in a shallow bowl with olive oil, paprika powder, and lemon juice.
- 10. Turn the chicken skewers in the marinade so that they are well covered.
- 11. Season the skewers finally with salt and pepper.
- 12. Heat a grill pan on the stove.
- 13. Place the chicken skewers in the hot pan.
- 14. Grill the skewers over medium to high heat.
- 15. Cook the skewers on all sides for about 8 to 10 minutes until done.
