  2. 2. Place the hazelnuts and raisins in a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour blackcurrant juice and apple juice (or red wine) over them.
  4. 4. Let the mixture soak overnight.
  5. 5. Squeeze the juice from one orange.
  6. 6. Measure out 200 milliliters of the orange juice.
  7. 7. Cut the orange peel into thin strips.
  8. 8. Pour boiling water over the orange peel, fruit tea blend, cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise.
  9. 9. Let the spices steep for ten minutes.
  10. 10. Strain the spice broth.
  11. 11. Add the strained broth along with the soaked raisins and hazelnuts (including the soaking liquid) to a pot.
  12. 12. Heat the mixture.
  13. 13. Add the measured orange juice, lemon juice, and honey.
  14. 14. Taste the drink and adjust the seasoning if needed.
