🥤 Floral Lemonade with Lychee and Orange

Ingredients
- 100 g Mini lychee
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 sheet white gelatin
- 150 ml grapefruit juice
- 30 g sugar
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 1 handful organic rose petals
Instructions
- 1. Peel the small lychees.
- 2. Cut off the white pith from the oranges until only the fruit flesh remains.
- 3. Cut the orange flesh out of the skins and dice it into small cubes.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange scraps.
- 5. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 6. Gently warm the orange juice, grapefruit juice, sugar, and rose water in a pot.
- 7. Squeeze out the soaked gelatin and stir it into the warm juice until dissolved.
- 8. Set aside four rose petals for garnish.
- 9. Add the remaining rose petals, lychees, and orange pieces to the juice mixture.
- 10. Gently stir everything together.
- 11. Fill the mixture into four small glasses.
- 12. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least two hours until the jelly is set.
- 13. Garnish the glasses with the reserved rose petals.
- 14. Serve the lemonade.
