  1. 1. Peel the small lychees.
  2. 2. Cut off the white pith from the oranges until only the fruit flesh remains.
  3. 3. Cut the orange flesh out of the skins and dice it into small cubes.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange scraps.
  5. 5. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  6. 6. Gently warm the orange juice, grapefruit juice, sugar, and rose water in a pot.
  7. 7. Squeeze out the soaked gelatin and stir it into the warm juice until dissolved.
  8. 8. Set aside four rose petals for garnish.
  9. 9. Add the remaining rose petals, lychees, and orange pieces to the juice mixture.
  10. 10. Gently stir everything together.
  11. 11. Fill the mixture into four small glasses.
  12. 12. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least two hours until the jelly is set.
  13. 13. Garnish the glasses with the reserved rose petals.
  14. 14. Serve the lemonade.
