🍽️ Crispy Brussels Sprout Salad with Salmon

Ingredients
- 800 g Brussels sprouts
- salt
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 250 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- 2 sprigs dill
- 10 g horseradish (1 piece)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the Brussels sprouts under running water.
- 2. Remove any wilted leaves and the tough stem ends.
- 3. Cut a cross shape into the stem ends of each head.
- 4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 5. Cook the Brussels sprouts in it for about 10 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 6. Drain the Brussels sprouts and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 7. Let the Brussels sprouts drain well in a colander.
- 8. Peel the onion in the meantime.
- 9. Slice the onion into thin rings.
- 10. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 11. Fry the drained Brussels sprouts over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- 12. Place the onion rings and salmon slices in a large bowl.
- 13. Add the warm Brussels sprouts to the bowl.
- 14. Wash the dill thoroughly.
- 15. Shake the dill dry.
- 16. Finely chop the dill.
- 17. Peel the horseradish.
- 18. Grate the horseradish finely.
- 19. Mix the chopped dill and grated horseradish with the salad.
- 20. Drizzle the finished salad with lemon juice.
