  1. 1. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. 2. Heat the milk together with the vanilla seeds in a pot.
  3. 3. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
  4. 4. Remove the vanilla pod from the hot milk.
  5. 5. Stir the hot milk slowly into the egg yolk and sugar mixture.
  6. 6. Heat the mixture over a water bath until it is creamy.
  7. 7. Let the cream cool down while stirring constantly.
  8. 8. Stir in the rose oil drops and strawberry syrup into the cooled cream.
  9. 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
  10. 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the rose cream.
  11. 11. Pour the mixture into a freezing container and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  12. 12. Stir the ice cream several times during the freezing process.
  13. 13. Lightly moisten the rose petals.
  14. 14. Roll the moist rose petals in the sugar.
  15. 15. Fill the ice cream into glasses.
  16. 16. Garnish the ice cream with the sugared rose petals.
