  1. 1. Select fragrant and tasty rose petals. Taste one beforehand to ensure it tastes good.
  2. 2. Cut the rose petals into thin strips.
  3. 3. Place the strips into a jam jar.
  4. 4. Pour apple syrup and white wine over the petals.
  5. 5. Seal the jar with a lid.
  6. 6. Let the mixture steep for 48 hours at room temperature in a dark place.
  7. 7. Stir honey, grape juice, and Konigel (a gelling agent) until smooth.
  8. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  9. 9. Let it boil vigorously for 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the marinated rose petals to the liquid.
  11. 11. Let everything cook for another 1 minute.
  12. 12. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
  13. 13. Pour the jelly into jars.
  14. 14. Place the jars upside down (on the lid) for the first 15 minutes.
