Ingredients
- 6 organic rose petals
- 125 ml apple syrup
- 125 ml white wine
- 750 ml white grape juice
- 22.5 g Konigel (1.5 packets) (gelling agent)
- 200 g light honey
Instructions
- 1. Select fragrant and tasty rose petals. Taste one beforehand to ensure it tastes good.
- 2. Cut the rose petals into thin strips.
- 3. Place the strips into a jam jar.
- 4. Pour apple syrup and white wine over the petals.
- 5. Seal the jar with a lid.
- 6. Let the mixture steep for 48 hours at room temperature in a dark place.
- 7. Stir honey, grape juice, and Konigel (a gelling agent) until smooth.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 9. Let it boil vigorously for 2 minutes.
- 10. Add the marinated rose petals to the liquid.
- 11. Let everything cook for another 1 minute.
- 12. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.
- 13. Pour the jelly into jars.
- 14. Place the jars upside down (on the lid) for the first 15 minutes.
