🍽️ You make your own rose petal vinegar

Ingredients
- 100 g organic rose petals
- 1 l white wine vinegar (mild)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the white bases from the petals, as they can taste bitter. Wash the petals well and shake them dry.
- 2. Loosely fill the petals into a bottle, preferably a dark one. Pour the vinegar over them and seal the bottle tightly.
- 3. Let the vinegar infuse in a sunny place for about 3 weeks. Swirl the bottle occasionally. Strain the vinegar after 3 weeks and fill it into small, dark, sterilized bottles. Store it cool and dark.
- 4. This vinegar goes perfectly with leaf salads.
