Ingredients
- 1 large untreated organic rose petal (scented rose)
- 50 g raspberries
- 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- rose water (to taste)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Gently shake the rose flower to remove any insects.
- 2. Carefully pluck the petals off the flower.
- 3. Wash the raspberries in a bowl and let them drain.
- 4. Place about three-quarters of the rose petals, the raspberries, and the milk into a blender.
- 5. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- 6. Season the mix to taste with sweetener and rose water.
- 7. Pour the drink into a glass and add ice cubes.
- 8. Garnish the smoothie with the remaining rose petals.
