Ingredients
- 10 edible organic rose petals
- 1 handful edible organic rose petals
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 150 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the egg white with the water in a small bowl until well combined.
- 2. Use a pastry brush to gently coat the rose petals and leaves with the egg white mixture.
- 3. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the brushed petals until they are completely covered.
- 4. Place the coated petals on a wire rack.
- 5. Let the petals air-dry overnight in a dry place.
- 6. Alternatively, preheat your oven to 50 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Place the petals in the oven and dry them slowly for about 1 to 2 hours.
