  1. 1. Stir the rose syrup and rose liqueur together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. 2. Pour the champagne into the mixture and stir everything gently.
  3. 3. Add small cut rose petals to the liquid if desired and stir them in.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a container that is as flat as possible.
  5. 5. Place the container in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
  6. 6. Wait until the liquid at the edge of the container starts to freeze.
  7. 7. Stir the frozen layer with a spoon.
  8. 8. Repeat the stirring process several times until you achieve the desired fine ice texture.
  9. 9. Scrape off the frozen layer with a spoon.
  10. 10. Fill the granité into glasses and serve.
