  1. 1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into large chunks. Cut one quarter of the flesh into small cubes of about 1.5 centimeters on each side and set them aside.
  2. 2. Add the large melon pieces to the mixing bowl along with the lime juice, agave nectar, 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, and coconut water. Puree the mixture for 2 minutes at speed 10. Divide the smoothie among 4 bowls. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes and coconut flakes on top.
  3. 3. Wash the lemon balm and shake it dry. Pluck the leaves off. Garnish the smoothie bowls with the leaves and the watermelon cubes you set aside earlier.
