🥤 Rosa Smoothie Bowl with Watermelon for the Thermomix®

Ingredients
- 2 kg watermelon (0.5 watermelons)
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 120 g rolled oats (8 tbsp)
- 200 ml coconut water
- 20 g coconut flakes (4 tsp)
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
Instructions
- 1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into large chunks. Cut one quarter of the flesh into small cubes of about 1.5 centimeters on each side and set them aside.
- 2. Add the large melon pieces to the mixing bowl along with the lime juice, agave nectar, 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, and coconut water. Puree the mixture for 2 minutes at speed 10. Divide the smoothie among 4 bowls. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes and coconut flakes on top.
- 3. Wash the lemon balm and shake it dry. Pluck the leaves off. Garnish the smoothie bowls with the leaves and the watermelon cubes you set aside earlier.
