🍰 Pink Ladyfingers with Cream and Raspberries

Ingredients
- 12 raspberries
- 150 ml cold whipping cream
- 1 tsp whipping cream stabilizer
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 8 rose biscuits (from Reims, alternatively ladyfingers)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Gently pat the raspberries dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Whip the cream together with the cream stabilizer and the powdered sugar until stiff.
- 4. Fill the finished cream into a piping bag with a round nozzle.
- 5. Pipe the cream onto four pink ladyfingers.
- 6. Distribute the raspberries evenly over the cream.
- 7. Place the remaining ladyfingers on top as a lid.
- 8. Serve the dessert immediately.
