  2. 2. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. 3. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  4. 4. Stir the chocolate pieces into the hot cream until they have completely melted.
  5. 5. Stir the liqueur and nuts into the chocolate mixture.
  6. 6. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about one and a half hours until it is firm.
  7. 7. Take small portions of the mixture out with a spoon.
  8. 8. Shape the portions into balls using slightly damp hands.
  9. 9. Roll the balls in the decorative sugar.
  10. 10. Serve the truffles.
