🍰 Pink Cherry Truffles

Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate coating
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 50 ml cherry liqueur
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 vanilla pod (seeds)
- decorative sugar for rolling (pink or red)
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.
- 3. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 4. Stir the chocolate pieces into the hot cream until they have completely melted.
- 5. Stir the liqueur and nuts into the chocolate mixture.
- 6. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about one and a half hours until it is firm.
- 7. Take small portions of the mixture out with a spoon.
- 8. Shape the portions into balls using slightly damp hands.
- 9. Roll the balls in the decorative sugar.
- 10. Serve the truffles.
