Ingredients
- 150 g cream cheese (low-fat)
- 150 g Roquefort
- 150 g Crème légère
- 4 tbsp milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, Crème légère, and milk in a bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- 2. Peel the onion and the garlic clove and chop them very finely. Stir the vegetables into the cheese mixture and season everything with black pepper at the end.
