Ingredients
- 10 g Rooibos tea (flavored or unflavored, to taste)
- Ginger slice (to taste)
- Sugar (or honey)
Instructions
- 1. Place the Rooibos tea leaves into a teapot. Slice some fresh ginger according to your taste and add it to the pot. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let it steep for five minutes. Strain the tea through a sieve into a clean teapot and serve it warm or cold.
- 2. Sweeten the tea to your liking with sugar or honey.
