🍽️ Romain Salad with Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 150 g yogurt
- 60 g Roquefort
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yogurt with the Roquefort pieces until you have a smooth sauce. Then season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash the lettuce, remove the tough stems, and dry it thoroughly. Cut the leaves into wide strips. Trim the radishes, wash them, and slice them thinly.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly as well. Drizzle the mushroom pieces with lemon juice afterward.
- 4. Mix the mushrooms, radishes, and lettuce. Divide the mixture onto flat plates and drizzle with the cheese dressing at the end.
