  1. 1. Stir the yogurt with the Roquefort pieces until you have a smooth sauce. Then season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Wash the lettuce, remove the tough stems, and dry it thoroughly. Cut the leaves into wide strips. Trim the radishes, wash them, and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly as well. Drizzle the mushroom pieces with lemon juice afterward.
  4. 4. Mix the mushrooms, radishes, and lettuce. Divide the mixture onto flat plates and drizzle with the cheese dressing at the end.
