Ingredients
- 500 g Romadur
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the cheese.
- 2. Peel the onions.
- 3. Cut the onions into thin rings.
- 4. Arrange the cheese slices and onion rings on flat plates.
- 5. Whisk the oil with the vinegar.
- 6. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika powder to the oil-vinegar mixture and mix well.
- 7. Drizzle the dressing mixture over the cheese plates.
- 8. Dust the dish again with paprika powder.
- 9. Cover the plates and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 10. Alternatively, serve the dish immediately with fresh crusty bread.
