  2. 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the cucumber.
  4. 4. Slice the deseeded cucumber into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  8. 8. Peel the carrot completely.
  9. 9. Use a vegetable peeler to shave long, thin slices from the carrot.
  10. 10. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
  11. 11. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the salad.
  12. 12. Dry the salad well so it does not become watery.
  13. 13. Peel the garlic clove.
  14. 14. Mince the garlic very finely.
  15. 15. Mix the minced garlic with the cream cheese.
  16. 16. Finely chop the fresh herbs and stir them into the cream cheese mixture.
  17. 17. Add some lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
  18. 18. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. 19. Warm the wraps briefly in a pan or microwave, as recommended on the package.
  20. 20. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warm wraps.
  21. 21. Place the cut vegetable strips and the salad on the spread wraps.
  22. 22. Roll the wraps up tightly.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the finished wraps with fresh parsley.
  24. 24. Serve the wraps immediately.
