🍽️ Fresh Raw Food Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 3 bell peppers (red and green)
- 1 carrot
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g. parsley, dill, chives)
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 wraps (ready-made product)
- chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the cucumber.
- 4. Slice the deseeded cucumber into thin rounds.
- 5. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
- 7. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- 8. Peel the carrot completely.
- 9. Use a vegetable peeler to shave long, thin slices from the carrot.
- 10. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 11. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the salad.
- 12. Dry the salad well so it does not become watery.
- 13. Peel the garlic clove.
- 14. Mince the garlic very finely.
- 15. Mix the minced garlic with the cream cheese.
- 16. Finely chop the fresh herbs and stir them into the cream cheese mixture.
- 17. Add some lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
- 18. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Warm the wraps briefly in a pan or microwave, as recommended on the package.
- 20. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warm wraps.
- 21. Place the cut vegetable strips and the salad on the spread wraps.
- 22. Roll the wraps up tightly.
- 23. Sprinkle the finished wraps with fresh parsley.
- 24. Serve the wraps immediately.
