  4. 4. Stir the hot cream-curry mixture into the quark.
  5. 5. Wash the spring onions and dry them.
  6. 6. Remove the tough ends and finely chop the spring onions.
  7. 7. Also finely chop the fresh chives.
  8. 8. Mix the chopped spring onions and chives into the quark.
  9. 9. Peel the boiled egg and chop it into small pieces.
  10. 10. Gently fold the chopped eggs into the quark dip.
