🍽️ Creamy Curry Quark Dip

Ingredients
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 125 g quark
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat the sesame oil in a small pan.
- 2. Add the curry powder and toast it briefly while stirring.
- 3. Deglaze the pan with the cream.
- 4. Stir the hot cream-curry mixture into the quark.
- 5. Wash the spring onions and dry them.
- 6. Remove the tough ends and finely chop the spring onions.
- 7. Also finely chop the fresh chives.
- 8. Mix the chopped spring onions and chives into the quark.
- 9. Peel the boiled egg and chop it into small pieces.
- 10. Gently fold the chopped eggs into the quark dip.
- 11. Season the dip to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 12. Serve the finished dip with raw vegetables.
