Ingredients
- 500 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp finely chopped herbs (chopped; mixed; fresh, to taste)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 organic lemon (2 tsp grated lemon zest)
- Prepared fresh vegetables (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the yogurt with the oil, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well and divide the sauce into small bowls.
- 2. Serve the fresh vegetables alongside.
