  4. 4. Place the remaining strawberries into a blender.
  5. 5. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds.
  6. 6. Add half a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  7. 7. Sweeten the mixture with some date sweetener.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients until a smooth paste forms.
  9. 9. Let the strawberry filling sit for at least 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
  10. 10. Taste the filling at the end and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  11. 11. Stir the remaining chia seeds into the filling.
  12. 12. Grind the oat flakes finely in a blender to make flour.
  13. 13. Transfer the oat flour and ground almonds into a bowl.
  14. 14. Add 90 grams of coconut flakes.
  15. 15. Add 20 milliliters of water.
  16. 16. Sweeten the mixture with rice syrup or agave nectar.
  17. 17. Add a pinch of salt.
  18. 18. Add the remaining coconut oil.
  19. 19. Mix everything until you have a smooth, homogeneous paste.
  20. 20. If the dough is too sticky, knead in a little more ground almonds.
  21. 21. Chill the dough mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm it up.
  22. 22. Divide the dough into 30 equal portions.
  23. 23. Roll the portions into small balls.
  24. 24. Flatten the balls slightly to form small discs.
  25. 25. Place about one teaspoon of the strawberry filling onto the center of each disc.
