🍽️ Fresh raw salmon with soy sauce dip

Ingredients
- 250 g very fresh salmon fillet (sushi quality)
- 200 g red cabbage
- 2 young garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs Thai basil
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Cut the salmon into finger-thick strips.
- 4. Remove the hard cores from the red cabbage.
- 5. Wash the red cabbage thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the red cabbage into very fine strips.
- 7. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 8. Slice the garlic into paper-thin slices.
- 9. Wash the basil.
- 10. Shake the basil dry.
- 11. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 12. Clean the spring onions.
- 13. Wash the spring onions.
- 14. Arrange the salmon strips on a serving plate.
- 15. Distribute the cut red cabbage over the salmon.
- 16. Sprinkle the garlic slices over it.
- 17. Garnish the dish with the basil leaves.
- 18. Place the spring onions on top as decoration.
- 19. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the entire dish.
- 20. Mix the soy sauce with the sesame oil.
- 21. Drizzle some of the sauce over the salmon.
- 22. Fill the remaining sauce dip into a small bowl.
- 23. Serve the dip together with the salmon.
