  8. 8. Slice the garlic into paper-thin slices.

  10. 10. Shake the basil dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.

  14. 14. Arrange the salmon strips on a serving plate.
  15. 15. Distribute the cut red cabbage over the salmon.
