🍽️ Fresh Pea and Mint Dip

Ingredients
- 1 sprig mint
- 600 g pea pods
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 orange (juice)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the mint under cold water.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Shell the peas from their pods.
- 5. Place the peas in a tall container or a blender.
- 6. Add the lemon juice.
- 7. Add the orange juice.
- 8. Add the mint leaves.
- 9. Add the oil.
- 10. Blend the mixture until it is creamy.
- 11. Check the consistency of the dip.
- 12. If the dip is too thick, add a little water.
- 13. If the dip is too runny, use less juice next time.
- 14. Season the dip with salt.
- 15. Season the dip with pepper.
- 16. Serve the dip as a side dish.
