  8. 8. Wash the pear and cut it into wedges.
  9. 9. Core the pear wedges.
  10. 10. Grill the pear wedges in a hot grill pan for 4 minutes over medium heat.

  12. 12. Top two slices of bread with the grilled pear wedges, the caramelized onions, and the cheese slices.
