🍽️ Crunchy Ciabatta with Anchovy Paste

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp capers
- 150 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp honey
- 50 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.
- 3. Place the bread slices on an oven rack.
- 4. Bake the slices in the hot oven for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 5. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Put the anchovies, capers, olives, peperoncino chili, and peeled garlic clove into a blender.
- 7. Add the honey.
- 8. Blend the ingredients into a fine paste.
- 9. Stream in the olive oil slowly until a spreadable cream forms.
- 10. Season the paste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
- 11. Take the toasted bread slices out of the oven.
- 12. Spread the anchovy paste generously over the hot slices.
- 13. Serve the olive crostini best while they are still hot and crunchy.
