  2. 2. Slice the ciabatta bread into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.

  4. 4. Bake the slices in the hot oven for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
  5. 5. Pat the anchovy fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Put the anchovies, capers, olives, peperoncino chili, and peeled garlic clove into a blender.
  7. 7. Add the honey.
  8. 8. Blend the ingredients into a fine paste.
  9. 9. Stream in the olive oil slowly until a spreadable cream forms.
  10. 10. Season the paste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  11. 11. Take the toasted bread slices out of the oven.
  12. 12. Spread the anchovy paste generously over the hot slices.
  13. 13. Serve the olive crostini best while they are still hot and crunchy.
