🍽️ Crispy Pretzel Sticks with Fresh White Sausage Salad

Ingredients
- 2 White sausage
- 2 Spring onions
- 4 Radishes
- 2 tbsp Mustard (for white sausage)
- 4 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 Pretzel sticks
- 2 Garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Peel the skin off the white sausages.
- 2. Cut the peeled sausages into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
- 4. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 5. Wash the radishes and remove the stems.
- 6. Cut the radishes into thin matchsticks.
- 7. Put the mustard and vinegar into a small bowl.
- 8. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 10. Whisk the dressing ingredients together well.
- 11. Add the diced sausages, onion rings, and radish matchsticks to a large bowl.
- 12. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.
- 13. Gently toss the ingredients to coat them evenly.
- 14. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 15. Switch the oven to the grill setting.
- 16. Preheat the oven until it is hot.
- 17. Brush the pretzel sticks with oil on both sides.
- 18. Place the oiled pretzel sticks on the oven rack.
- 19. Bake the sticks under the hot grill until golden brown.
- 20. Finish the sticks on both sides when they are crispy.
- 21. Take the baked sticks out of the oven.
- 22. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 23. Halve the garlic cloves lengthwise.
- 24. Rub the cut surface of the garlic halves over one side of the pretzel sticks.
- 25. Place the white sausage salad on the rubbed sticks.
- 26. Serve the dishes immediately while warm.
