  8. 8. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Whisk the dressing ingredients together well.
  11. 11. Add the diced sausages, onion rings, and radish matchsticks to a large bowl.
  12. 12. Pour the dressing over the ingredients.
