🍽️ Crispy Tuna Toast

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g tuna
- 3 pickles
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 6 leaves basil
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the bread slices on a rack and bake them in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 3. Put the oil into a small bowl and press the garlic directly into it.
- 4. Stir the oil and garlic together well.
- 5. Drizzle the garlic-oil mixture evenly over the warm bread slices.
- 6. Take the pickles out of the jar and cut them into small cubes.
- 7. Add the pickle cubes to the drained tuna.
- 8. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 9. Remove the white inner membranes and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 10. Cut the bell pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 11. Halve the chili lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- 12. Cut the chili into thin strips.
- 13. Add the bell pepper cubes and chili strips to the tuna.
- 14. Season the tuna mixture with some vinegar and stir everything well.
- 15. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the prepared bread slices.
- 16. Cut the basil into thin strips.
- 17. Sprinkle the basil strips over the topped toast.
