🍽️ Crunchy Toast with Green Asparagus and Capers

Ingredients
- 400 g green asparagus
- salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 large slices ciabatta
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the lower part of the asparagus stalks and boil them in salted water with lemon juice and sugar for about 10 minutes until tender but still firm.
- 2. Toast the bread slices until slightly crispy. Halve the garlic clove and rub the bread with the cut sides. Arrange the drained asparagus on top, sprinkle with capers, drizzle with oil, and serve.
