🍽️ Crunchy toast bread with creamy black olive spread

Ingredients
- 150 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- pepper
- toasted white bread slice
Instructions
- 1. Drain the olives and capers in a colander to remove excess liquid. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown and fragrant. Make sure not to add any oil or butter.
- 2. Place all prepared ingredients into a blender and puree them into a smooth paste. Spread the finished olive mixture evenly onto the toasted white bread slices. Serve the bread immediately.
