  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the bell peppers.
  3. 3. Cut the bell peppers in half.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
  5. 5. Cut the deseeded bell peppers into thick strips.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Slice the garlic cloves into thin pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Cut the chili pepper into thin longitudinal strips.
  12. 12. Wash the shrimp.
  13. 13. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  15. 15. Fry the garlic slices slowly in the hot oil until golden brown.
  16. 16. Add the chili strips and the pepper strips to the pan.
  17. 17. Simmer the vegetables while stirring constantly for 6 to 8 minutes.
  18. 18. Wait until the pepper strips are soft.
  19. 19. Add the dry shrimp to the pan.
  20. 20. Fry the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes.

  24. 24. Toast the ciabatta slices in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
