  7. 7. Sauté the garlic in the hot oil.
  8. 8. Add the pepper strips to the pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the pepper briefly.
  10. 10. Toast the bread in the toaster until golden brown.
  11. 11. Hard-boil the egg and peel it.
  12. 12. Carefully separate the yolk from the white.
  13. 13. Finely chop the egg white.
  14. 14. Place the pepper strips on the toasted bread.
  15. 15. Drizzle some oil from the pan over the bread.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the chopped egg white over the bread.
  17. 17. Grate the yolk over the bread or crumble it.
  18. 18. Season the bread with salt.
  19. 19. Garnish the bread with fresh parsley.
  20. 20. Serve the toast immediately.
