  1. 1. Switch the oven to the grill function and preheat it.
  2. 2. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it into fine pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and remove the hard core.
  5. 5. Dice the deseeded tomatoes into small pieces.
  6. 6. Peel the avocados, halve them, and remove the pits.
  7. 7. Dice the avocado flesh into small pieces.
  8. 8. Mix the avocado cubes with the tomato cubes in a bowl.
  9. 9. Add some lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well to season the avocado mixture.
  10. 10. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Add the shrimp and the chopped garlic to the hot pan.
  12. 12. Fry the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper at the end.
  14. 14. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  15. 15. Toast the slices in the preheated oven under the grill until golden brown on both sides.
  16. 16. Remove the toasted slices from the oven.
  17. 17. Distribute the avocado-tomato mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  18. 18. Place one fried shrimp on top of the avocado mixture.
  19. 19. Serve the toast immediately.
