🍽️ Avocado Shrimp Toast

Ingredients
- 12 Shrimp (kitchen-ready peeled and deveined)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 ripe Avocados
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped Basil
- 12 slices Baguette
Instructions
- 1. Switch the oven to the grill function and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it into fine pieces.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters, and remove the hard core.
- 5. Dice the deseeded tomatoes into small pieces.
- 6. Peel the avocados, halve them, and remove the pits.
- 7. Dice the avocado flesh into small pieces.
- 8. Mix the avocado cubes with the tomato cubes in a bowl.
- 9. Add some lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well to season the avocado mixture.
- 10. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Add the shrimp and the chopped garlic to the hot pan.
- 12. Fry the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 13. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper at the end.
- 14. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- 15. Toast the slices in the preheated oven under the grill until golden brown on both sides.
- 16. Remove the toasted slices from the oven.
- 17. Distribute the avocado-tomato mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- 18. Place one fried shrimp on top of the avocado mixture.
- 19. Serve the toast immediately.
