  2. 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Clean the beans and wash them as well.
  4. 4. Peel one lemon with a knife.
  5. 5. Cut out the lemon fillets from the peeled lemon.
  6. 6. Squeeze the rest of the lemon to get the juice.
  7. 7. Wash the thyme.
  8. 8. Crumble the thyme leaves off the stems.
  9. 9. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  10. 10. Cook the beans in the boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Fry the fish in hot butter.
  13. 13. Fry each side of the fish for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Turn the fish once while frying.
  15. 15. Add the lemon juice to the fish in the pan.

  17. 17. Add the thyme to the pan.
  18. 18. Add the lemon fillets to the pan.
