Ingredients
- 6 slices roast beef sliced meat
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 100 g white radish
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp granulated Dijon mustard
- 1 spring onion
- 4 slices rye bread
Instructions
- 1. Peel the radish and slice it into paper-thin rounds. Whisk the crème fraîche with the mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and slice them into diagonal rings.
- 2. Spread the seasoned crème fraîche mixture onto two slices of bread. Top with lettuce leaves, the radish slices, and the roast beef. Cover with the second slice of bread.
