  8. 8. Cut the pumpkin into coarse cubes.
  9. 9. Wash the coriander leaves.
  10. 10. Shake the coriander dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
  13. 13. Place the quark in a bowl.
  14. 14. Add the diced pumpkin to the quark.
  15. 15. Add the chopped coriander leaves to the quark.

  40. 40. Garnish the rolls with the remaining Napa cabbage.
