Ingredients
- 1 small papaya
- 1 small red onion
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g roast beef (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the papaya.
- 2. Cut the papaya in half.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the papaya.
- 4. Dice the papaya flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the onion.
- 6. Chop the onion very finely.
- 7. Wash the bell pepper.
- 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 9. Scrape out the white inner membrane of the bell pepper.
- 10. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 11. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil in a bowl.
- 12. Add the papaya, onion, and bell pepper cubes to the dressing mixture.
- 13. Fold in the chopped parsley.
- 14. Season the salsa to taste with additional salt and pepper.
- 15. Place the roast beef on a plate.
- 16. Add the fruity salsa.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
