  7. 7. Wash the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Scrape out the white inner membrane of the bell pepper.
  10. 10. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  11. 11. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil in a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the papaya, onion, and bell pepper cubes to the dressing mixture.
  13. 13. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  14. 14. Season the salsa to taste with additional salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Place the roast beef on a plate.
  16. 16. Add the fruity salsa.
