  5. 5. Mix the chopped onion and parsley into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. 6. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Cut out 20 round slices with a diameter of about 4 centimeters from the bread slices.
  8. 8. Spread the prepared cream thinly over the bread slices.
  9. 9. Place one slice of roast beef on each cream-covered bread slice.
  10. 10. Fill the remaining cream into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
