🍽️ Crispy Roast Beef Canapés

Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 small red onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 10 slices toast bread
- 20 slices roast beef (à approx. 30 g)
- parsley (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk cream cheese, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 2. Peel both onions.
- 3. Slice one onion into thin rings.
- 4. Finely chop the second onion.
- 5. Mix the chopped onion and parsley into the cream cheese mixture.
- 6. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Cut out 20 round slices with a diameter of about 4 centimeters from the bread slices.
- 8. Spread the prepared cream thinly over the bread slices.
- 9. Place one slice of roast beef on each cream-covered bread slice.
- 10. Fill the remaining cream into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- 11. Pipe the cream decoratively onto the canapés.
- 12. Garnish the canapés with the onion rings and parsley leaves.
