  1. 1. Fill a very large pot with water and place it on the stove.
  2. 2. Add some salt and the Riso Gallo Riz Rouge rice to the water.
  3. 3. Bring the water to a boil.
  4. 4. Cook the rice for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Add some oil to a pot or wok and heat it up.
  6. 6. Add the chopped garlic cloves to the hot oil.
  7. 7. Sauté the garlic until it becomes translucent.
  8. 8. Add the prawns to the pan.
  9. 9. Fry the prawns.
  10. 10. Deglaze the dish with white wine.
  11. 11. Wait until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  12. 12. Stir in the tomato sauce.
  13. 13. Add one teaspoon of sugar.
  14. 14. Season to taste with some salt.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the previously drained Riz Rouge rice to the sauce.
  17. 17. Let everything sit for a few minutes.
  18. 18. Plate the dish.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the food with some parsley.
  20. 20. Serve the dish immediately.
