  1. 1. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes and fry them in a pan with a little butter. Deglaze with vodka and stir until the alcohol has evaporated. Keep the mixture warm.
  2. 2. Halve the asparagus spears and blanch them briefly in boiling water.
  3. 3. Add one pack of Risotto Pronto Asparagus to a pan with 450 milliliters of water. Heat it on the stove and let it simmer for about 12 minutes once the water starts bubbling; stir occasionally until all the water has been absorbed.
  4. 4. Add the salmon one minute before the end of the cooking time and mix everything with a knob of butter and the Parmesan. Garnish with the asparagus spears and serve the dish hot.
