🍽️ Creamy Risotto with Sausages

Ingredients
- 900 ml poultry stock
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 350 g risotto rice
- 100 ml white wine
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp butter
- some parmesan
- 4 small fried sausages
- 1 bunch thyme
Instructions
- 1. Warm up the broth in a pot.
- 2. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot.
- 4. Sauté the onions and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
- 5. Add the rice and stir until it also shines translucently.
- 6. Pour in the wine and keep stirring until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
- 7. Add the warm broth in small amounts.
- 8. Stir frequently and wait until each amount of broth has been absorbed by the rice.
- 9. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 10. Finish cooking the risotto for 15 minutes.
- 11. Stir in the butter and the grated Parmesan.
- 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a separate pan.
- 13. Fry the sausages in it until golden brown on all sides.
- 14. Rinse the thyme and pat it dry.
- 15. Remove the large stems and fry the leaves briefly in the remaining oil.
- 16. Serve the risotto together with the sausages and the thyme.
