  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot.
  4. 4. Sauté the onions and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
  5. 5. Add the rice and stir until it also shines translucently.
  6. 6. Pour in the wine and keep stirring until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
  7. 7. Add the warm broth in small amounts.
  8. 8. Stir frequently and wait until each amount of broth has been absorbed by the rice.
  9. 9. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Finish cooking the risotto for 15 minutes.
