🍽️ Tender Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2.5 kg pork spare ribs (from suckling pig)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp ground rosemary
- 100 ml barbecue sauce
Instructions
- 1. Divide the ribs into portions. Season them all over with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Wrap each piece individually in aluminum foil. Cook them in the preheated oven at 90 degrees Celsius convection for about 2 hours.
- 2. Preheat a grill. Remove the ribs from the foil and grill them from all sides for about 15 minutes in total, until they have a nice grill pattern and are lightly browned. Brush them with barbecue sauce. Cut them into individual ribs. Corn on the cob goes well with this.
