  2. 2. Cut the meat into thin, long strips by slicing it lengthwise.
  3. 3. Thread the meat strips onto eight prepared wooden skewers.
  4. 4. Whisk two tablespoons of sesame oil with soy sauce, pepper, chili powder, and one teaspoon of honey in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Turn the skewers in the marinade so they are coated all over.
  6. 6. Let the skewers marinate for ten minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. 7. Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into four halves.
  8. 8. Cut the cucumber halves into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the core.
  10. 10. Dice the apple flesh into small, even pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the spring onions and slice them diagonally into thin rings.
  12. 12. Wash the mint and shake off the excess water.
  13. 13. Carefully pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the nuts with a knife.
  15. 15. Mix the lime juice with salt, pepper, the remaining honey, and olive oil to create a dressing.
  16. 16. Place the prepared cucumber, apples, spring onions, mint, and nuts into a large bowl.
  17. 17. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix everything thoroughly.
  18. 18. Heat the remaining sesame oil in a grill pan over medium heat.

  20. 20. Fry the skewers in batches for two to three minutes on each side until cooked through.
