  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  5. 5. Fry the steaks in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest briefly.
  7. 7. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  8. 8. Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  9. 9. Let the noodles drain well in a colander.
  10. 10. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips away from the pit.
  11. 11. Wash the chili peppers under running water.
  12. 12. Remove the stems and the inside of the chili peppers.
  13. 13. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  14. 14. Peel the carrot.
  15. 15. Grate the carrot finely.
  16. 16. Wash the zucchini under running water.
  17. 17. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
  18. 18. Cut the zucchini into very thin strips.
  19. 19. Wash the sprouts under running water.
  20. 20. Let the sprouts drain well in a colander.
  21. 21. Wash the Chinese cabbage under running water.
  22. 22. Remove the hard stems from the Chinese cabbage.
  23. 23. Cut the Chinese cabbage into very thin strips.
  24. 24. Peel the garlic cloves.
  25. 25. Finely chop the garlic.
  26. 26. Mix the chopped garlic with the ginger.
  27. 27. Add the rice vinegar to the mixture.
  28. 28. Add the soy sauce to the mixture.
  29. 29. Add the sugar to the mixture.
  30. 30. Add the sesame oil to the mixture.
  31. 31. Mix all ingredients for the sauce well together.
  32. 32. Add the mango pieces to the sauce.
  33. 33. Add the chopped chili to the sauce.
  34. 34. Add the grated carrots to the sauce.
  35. 35. Add the zucchini strips to the sauce.
  36. 36. Add the sprouts to the sauce.
  37. 37. Add the Chinese cabbage strips to the sauce.
