  2. 2. Pat the meat and shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the beef into small, bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Wash the chili pepper and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Finely chop the chili as well.
  7. 7. Mix the lime juice and oil in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the chopped garlic, chili, and parsley to the marinade.
  9. 9. Stir the marinade well.
  10. 10. Add the beef and shrimp to the marinade.
  11. 11. Mix everything well so that everything is evenly coated.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl.
  13. 13. Let the ingredients marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  14. 14. Take the meat and shrimp out of the marinade.
  15. 15. Thread the ingredients onto eight prepared wooden skewers.
