🍽️ Juicy Beef Arugula Salad with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 300 g Sirloin steak (beef, lean)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- pepper
- 150 g arugula
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g grated Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Heat clarified butter (purified butter) in a large pan.
- 3. Sear the sirloin steak on both sides until well-browned.
- 4. Season the meat with black pepper.
- 5. Wrap the steak tightly in aluminum foil.
- 6. Place the package in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Wash the arugula under cold water.
- 8. Remove any wilted or unattractive leaves.
- 9. Spin the salad dry or pat it with a paper towel.
- 10. Divide the arugula among four plates.
- 11. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 12. Cut four nice slices from the lemon.
- 13. Squeeze the rest of the lemon to extract juice.
- 14. Mix the lemon juice with vinegar and oil.
- 15. Season the dressing with sugar, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Take the meat out of the oven.
- 17. Slice the beef into thin strips.
- 18. Place the meat strips on top of the arugula.
- 19. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
- 20. Drizzle the dressing evenly over the top.
- 21. Garnish each plate with a lemon slice.
- 22. Serve the salad immediately.
