  3. 3. Sear the sirloin steak on both sides until well-browned.
  4. 4. Season the meat with black pepper.
  5. 5. Wrap the steak tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Place the package in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Wash the arugula under cold water.
  8. 8. Remove any wilted or unattractive leaves.
  9. 9. Spin the salad dry or pat it with a paper towel.
  10. 10. Divide the arugula among four plates.
  11. 11. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  12. 12. Cut four nice slices from the lemon.
  13. 13. Squeeze the rest of the lemon to extract juice.
  14. 14. Mix the lemon juice with vinegar and oil.
