Ingredients
- 300 g boiled pot roast
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
- 2. Halve the peppers and remove the core.
- 3. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the washed peppers into thin strips as well.
- 5. Clean the spring onions and trim the ends.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 10. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and mustard to make a marinade.
- 11. Pour the marinade evenly over the salad.
- 12. Let the salad marinate for 20 minutes.
